What type of wax do you use?

We use warm wax and hot wax:

Warm wax has a lower temperature melting point, which makes it more suitable for sensitive skin. Ingredients are added to the wax, like parafiin, organic materials and asyntehtic resins to improve its texture and performance.

There is less preparation time with warm wax and can be done is a relatively shorter space of time.

Hot wax has a higher temperature melting point the main ingredient being beeswax, derived from honeycomb and resin.

As the wax cools on the skin, it hardens and adheres to the hairs rather than the skin, so there is lesser risk of bruising. It is more beneficial for courser hair, eyebrows and facial hair.
